on february 28th at 5:30 pm, digitalfilm tree (dft) will partner with the la film school (lafs) to host a panel “from lafs student to a successful post production professional!”

dft has several lafs alumni, including jacob tillman (senior online editor) omar ellison (vfx editor) mike streeter (night operations manager) and greg filkins (post production engineer) who will all be part of this panel. filkins is also a former adjunct professor at lafs.

nancy jundi, coo/cfo will co-moderate along with lafs, santosh oomen, communication and branding chair of lafs.

dft staffers will discuss their experience at lafs and how it helped set them up for success in the working world of production. the team will also share their own experiences, navigating the industry in their respective departments.
