giving back is very important to us here at dft. thank you to everyone who shared or donated to our disney day fundraiser. your generosity means so much. this past weekend, we took part in foster love‘s disney day to help give foster kids a magical day they will always remember.

every day 1,200 children enter the foster care system, 6% of all children in the u.s. will find themselves in the foster care system before they turn 18, and around 184,000 households in the u.s. have foster youth in them. disney day creates magical memories these kids will cherish forever.

“being able to spend the days with all these amazing kids was something i’ll look back on for the rest of my life especially seeing that much joy clear on their faces the whole day even to the end when the words of ‘thank you’ and ‘i’m glad you were here’ from them put it all into perspective for me.” – erin rollins, billing coordinator
