CLAWFACE a film by Mike Streeter

DigitalFilm Tree Productions and Dark Hour Films present CLAWFACE!

We are very proud to announce that CLAWFACE, directed by DFT vet, Mike Streeter, has been nominated for Best Feature at the Chicago Horrorfest!

CLAWFACE is like something you might find at the local mom and pop video store in the early 80s alongside cult classics like Madman and The Burning.

It’s an earnest, straight-faced throwback with practical effects, original pop songs, campfire stories, roller skates, and there may even be a cleaning-up-the-house montage.

It aims to evoke a bygone era through filmmaking style, pacing, score, composition, and lighting without obvious references or constant winks at the audience. Its focus is on being fun and having memorable characters and creative kills.

Most importantly though, it’s a body count film where you care about the bodies.

Come out and see the WORLD PREMIERE of @clawfacefilm at the @chicagohorrorfest this Friday, Sept. 27th in the historic Logan Theatre.
